FQHCs in TX — 267 Health Centers

FQHCs (Federally Qualified Health Centers) provide family planning, contraception, prenatal care, STD testing, and women's health services to all patients regardless of insurance — on a sliding fee scale. Many FQHCs serve as critical access points for reproductive healthcare in communities where other providers are limited.

For women without insurance or with limited reproductive care options, FQHCs offer family planning, contraceptive counseling, pregnancy testing, prenatal/postnatal care, STD screening, and referrals to comprehensive women's health services. Some FQHCs also provide medication abortion under state and federal law.
