Going under the knife was never a requirement for a breast lift. At least, for a temporary one. Since 1994, when Victoria’s Secret launched their iconic Miracle Bra, push-up bras have been the brand’s secret weapon for larger more lifted boobs. Then, 15 years later, they said hello to their iconic Bombshell bra that defined an era. Now, their latest collection is the sexiest, and most comfortable, yet.

Starring Angels like Anok Yai, Paloma Elsesser, and the legendary Imaan Hammam, the new Very Sexy collection is just that: very sexy. Wearing big sexy bombshell curls and seductive makeup, the Angels posed in lingerie on a fountain in Rome for the campaign which Hammam says was an absolute dream. “Everywhere you look, there’s history and romance, and that energy completely took over the set,” she tells ESSENCE.
The same could be said about the collection, which is a more perfect version of the push-up bras that started it all. While you may think push-ups mean sacrificing comfort, the new collection uses memory foam padding for a medium lift up to one cup size. “The memory foam padding is so soft and molds to your shape, so you get all that support and lift without sacrificing that signature glamour Victoria’s Secret is known for,” she says.

Spanning five silhouettes, from slip dresses and corset tops to camis and body suits, Hammam’s favorite has to be the brand new Low-Cut Push-Up Bra. “Even when paired with a more masculine piece, I still feel ultra-sexy and feminine by styling the lace to intentionally peek out underneath,” she says about the bra. “It can be worn multiple ways too, which makes it such a versatile, yet staple piece in my closet.”

In true Victoria’s Secret fashion, the collection features glamorous embellishments like rhinestones, bow accents, and script iconography on the cups. According to Hammam, that means “it’s meant to be seen.” Her first and only rule is to be playful with your lingerie, especially when wearing it as outerwear.
By day, she styles the bra with an oversized vintage blazer and low-rise baggy jeans. But, by night, her look transforms into something even sexier. “Even when paired with a more masculine piece, I still feel ultra-sexy and feminine by styling the lace to intentionally peek out underneath,” she says. Whether its a bodysuit or corset with build-in padding and lift or a bra peeking from under a trench coat, “I love how easy these pieces make getting dressed.”

While Hammam just became a Victoria’s Secret Angel six years ago, she’s a vet when it comes to sexy bras. “The Very Sexy push-up bra has been a staple in my life for as long as I can remember,” she says, finishing every look with a spritz of the Very Sexy Eau de Parfum. But, the most meaningful part isn’t how she looks (or smells.) Instead, it’s “being able to take a piece of Victoria’s Secret heritage that I’ve grown up with and help translate it into a modern context for women,” she says. “[That] feels incredibly meaningful to me.”
