Justices dismiss immigration case

A case regarding the rights of certain noncitizens was dismissed by the Supreme Court on Friday. The case had been scheduled and was related to the issue of bond hearings. Today also marks a personal occasion for one of the Supreme Court justices, as it is Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's birthday. She was born in 1970 and has been serving on the Court since 2022.
