Some companies might have even switched throughout your interview process. That’s why it’s key to be absolutely clear during the offer letter stage what’s expected of you. Ask what the policy is on remote work, being hybrid, or going in full-time. This can be a factor in commuting time and flexibility, especially key for those with families, for example.
